We’re Brent and Amber — owners, operators, and the people who actually show up and do the work. KS Epoxy & Contracting isn’t a big company with layers of management or rotating crews. It’s us. We answer the phone. We’re on-site. We see projects through from start to finish. When you hire us, you deal directly with the people responsible for the outcome.

We started this business because we were tired of seeing corners cut, people overpromised to, and—especially—seniors being taken advantage of. We’ve seen it too many times: rushed work, inflated prices, and clients left confused or pressured. That didn’t sit right with us. That’s why we proudly offer a senior discount and take the time to walk our senior clients through every step of the process—clearly, patiently, and without pressure.

Whether it’s epoxy coatings, drywall and painting, modern flooring, or small-scale general contracting, we treat every project like it matters—because it does. We don’t rush jobs just to move on to the next one, and we don’t disappear once the work is done. If something isn’t right, we fix it. If we say we’ll do something, we do it.

Outside of work, we’re raising three kids, wrangling three dogs and a cat, and spending as much time outdoors as we can. We love meeting new people, building real relationships, and being part of the communities we work in. Life is busy, messy, and real—and that same honesty carries into how we run our business.
